Many have asked my what my diet plan is to improve general health, live longer, and to help prevent cancer. I  put some pages for recipes that will enhance any diet. I compiled these from other sites and from published clinical trials. The GREEN DIET concept is used in most of these recipes.

As with any diet, check with your doctor to make sure you do not do anything to conflict with medications you may be taking. For example, a high green diet which contains a lot of Vit K, is not advised for anybody on a blood thinners such as cumiden, because it will cancel the effectiveness of that drug. Ultimately, you are responsible for any diet plan you decide to start. I can only share what I have done because people have asked.

There has been a lot of talk about Vegan diets. I tried this diet. I lost too much weight and had to revert back to a less severe diet with some lean meat. Vegan is a diet that requires doctors supervision. If can handle it, check out the internet for the Mc Dougal Vegan diet.
